Skills: Naming & Branding
Two companies, a law firm, and a real estate consultancy joined forces together to build a new business solution meant to provide a more efficient service with a stronger legal muscle in the real estate investment ground. They needed naming & branding for their new venture with only one mandatory: "it has to sound Italian" as their strategy lead to launch the new company in Italy. Luckily enough, one of the owners had a second Italian name, "Erico" that worked out pretty well. And for the company surname, we adopted the latin term solutĭo that means to resolve a difficulty or extinguish an obligation in Roman law. Pronounced "Erico Solutio" but written with V - Erico Solvtio - to reinforce the latin origin and provide the brand with a visual symbol & differentiation. The logotype was built over that V based upon the % symbol that reinforces "economy" and "solvency" and the whole visual world is based on high-quality construction materials that elevate the brand and situate it on the premium real estate investments' category.
